5 STEP INSURANCE PROCESS TO A NEW ROOF

Spade Roofing and Exteriors has licensed insurance adjusters on staff with experience working with insurance claims. Everything on your property is important to us and if it has damage, Spade will make sure its covered. 

1. Initial inspection

Call Spade Roofing and Exteriors today at (512) 304-8643 to schedule a FREE inspection. We will evaluate your property for any storm damage. The inspection only takes about 10 minutes. 

2. Filing a claim

If damage is found, we will advise you to call your insurance company and file a claim. You will need to tell your insurance company the date of loss. If no damage is found, we will let you know. Time is valuable and we won't waste your time with a claim that will get denied. 

3. Adjuster meeting

The insurance adjuster and a representative will inspect your property together. Once approved, the insurance company will send you the insurance paperwork. Insurance pays for everything minus the deductible. 

4. Contract signing

Send us a copy of the insurance paperwork, sign a contract, pick a color and schedule your project! 

5. Invoicing the insurance company

Once the job is 100% complete. We will invoice your insurance company. The insurance company will then release your depreciation. This process can take 3-10 business days depending on the insurance company.
